It gives us great pleasure to announce the promotion of Matthew Lam to senior consultant.
Matthew joined Eames in 2017 as an associate consultant and since then he has worked his way up to senior consultant in just under two years after having no previous recruitment experience.
The progression of his development has been rapid due to his self-discipline and sticking to the Eames values every single day. He has consistently kept his activity high, the database of his candidates and clients accurate as well as going that one step above his competitors to secure his deals.
Matthew is extremely passionate about the financial services industry and along with his commitment to his market he has placed himself at the top end of the leader board this quarter.
