​Tom Shorto appointed as principal consultant on the broking & Underwriting team in London

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Shorto as principal consultant on the Broking and Underwriting team in London.

Tom joins Eames Consulting with 17 years’ experience recruiting into the insurance market. He will be focusing on continuing to build on our relationships within a number of different classes of business across broking and underwriting.

Tom Shorto, principal consultant shares: “I am very excited to be joining Eames Consulting as a principal consultant to focus on underwriting and broking positions. Having successfully built and run an insurance division for an Insurance recruitment company and then set up a recruitment business of my own, if feel this next challenge will allow me to focus more specifically on the areas I have most enjoyed recruiting in the past. I am very much looking forward to getting closer to the market and continuing to develop my network.”
