I am the regional operations manager in Hong Kong, supporting business operations, human resources, and office management. I work closely with my colleagues in UK and Singapore and “am the glue” that helps drive Group projects in Asia.
My responsibilities include ensuring the business is consistently compliant with all local and regional regulations, internal HR administration, onboarding new starters and creating efficient processes to keep the business going.
Joining Eames in 2016, I was one of the first employees in Hong Kong when the office first opened. I’ve always taken pride in developing my knowledge and expertise and progressing my career, being promoted to operations manager from office manager in 2017. I thrive on continuously learning and being the go-to person in the business to get the job done and believe personal accountability is the most important Eames value – at work and in life in general.
In 2021 I was appointed to Eames’ Culture Board. Alongside my peers, I have responsibility for ensuring our values are upheld, and we are continuously getting feedback from the business on employee engagement.
