I joined the internal Talent Acquisition team at Eames in 2022 as an Associate Consultant and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Consultant in August 2022. My day-to-day consists of sourcing, speaking with and guiding talent through the process of starting a new role at Eames.
My role adds value to the business as I am supporting manager and directors with finding recruitment talent that will help their divisions and teams grow. I’m passionate about sourcing candidates that will fit into the culture of each team and align closely with our values. I’m also driven by building strong relationships across the business.

To me, it means being a positive person without thinking certain things are unachievable- pushing myself at all times to do more.
What Eames value resonates the most with you and why?
Personal accountability. I think this is a very important trait to carry as it creates an honest work environment. If everyone can take accountability it means that when you make mistakes you can own up to them and learn from them and how to improve on this next time - ultimately resulting in personal growth.
