We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing London team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants / Associate Consultants.

With over 150 specialist consultants across our offices in the UK (London), Singapore and Hong Kong, we partner with businesses on their recruitment needs from sourcing niche skills to finding talent in challenging geographies and detailed market mapping to providing advice on existing recruitment processes.


What will you be doing?

· Sourcing candidates for our client's requirements using our database, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.

· Screening candidates via telephone, and face to face to match them to the right roles.

· Shadowing candidate and client meetings with senior colleagues.

· Networking and building your own relationships, candidates and clients.


A bit about you:

· You're a recent graduate or have experience in a sales/client-facing role.

· Ability to be a team player and align with Eames values.

· Competitive nature with a relentlessly positive attitude.
