Eames Group are looking for an HR Administrator, working at group level for all 3 brands across the UK, Asia and USA.

Reports into the HR Business Partner, supporting the UK, Asia and US offices, to support and advise across a broad range of responsibilities. This is a challenging, broad and varied role with considerable opportunity for growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Drawing up new starter offer letters and contracts, probation letters, termination letters etc.

  • Support with the production of HR paperwork.

  • Induction for new joiners.

  • Setting new joiners up on our intranet, and run through.

  • Additional day-to-day administrative tasks with regards to HR.

  • Supporting HR team with ad hoc HR projects as required.

  • Management of and adherence to internal HR processes.

​A bit about you...

The ideal person for the HR Administrator role will be proactive and solutions-focused, as well has having the following key skills:

  • Practical working knowledge of employment law.

  • Accuracy & attention to detail.

  • Relationship management/communication skills/people skills.

  • Trust & confidentiality.

  • Experience of having to establish boundaries in the workplace due to nature of working in HR role.

  • Team player with enthusiasm and dedication to the company.

  • We are passionate about our valuesso it is essential that the successful hire can demonstrate a commitment to these.

Experience and qualifications required:

  • Carrying out similar admin activities.

  • Working in a HR function.

  • Awareness of UK employment law and the basics of what you can/can’t do as a business e.g. holiday entitlement, maternity policies, exiting people etc.

  • CIPD level 3
