I'm looking for a Senior Consultant to come and join our London team, specifically within our insurance division at Eames Consulting.

Our market-leading insurance team is looking to build on their current success and develop a new team which will be focussing on finance. The team are happy to teach the insurance/finance aspect of the role if you don’t come from this recruitment background; we’re looking for someone motivated and ready to kickstart a new team. This is a great opportunity for you to come in and make the role what you want it to be.

Who you are:

  • You’re an experienced 360 permanent recruitment consultant.

  • You have an interest in learning or existing knowledge of Finance into Insurance recruitment.

  • You have 2+ years’ experience recruiting within Finance, Insurance or Professional Services.

  • You have an interest in managing and growing a team as part of the teams growth plans.

  • Headhunting and market mapping experience.

  • If you do not have direct Insurance or Finance recruitment experience we are happy to teach the market to the right candidate.

  • You're hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism.

  • You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement.

  • You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - you'll help shape our culture.
