This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to come and join our financial services team here at Eames Consulting.

You will be joining an established finance team of 7 consultants with bundles of experience and expertise, who all focus solely on recruiting within financial services. They currently have so many treasury roles coming through which they are working on themselves alongside their specialty, that they now know there is scope for someone to come in and run a treasury finance desk. The good news is this means that you will be welcomed with a warm, established desk upon joining and access to a full list of existing and target clients to work on from the get-go.

The team you will be joining work collaboratively, there is no candidate ownership and no treading on toes – when you get a job in it’s yours to work, there’s no competing within the team and you have the autonomy to run your own desk. Even though you will be the sole person working on treasury finance roles within the team, you will have the full support of the people around you, they will share candidates, lists and clients to help you achieve big things in your career with us.

Who you are:

  • 18+ months experience working as a 360-recruitment consultant

  • Experience working within financial services recruitment is beneficial but not compulsory

  • Permanent recruitment experience or dual desk experience with an interest in switching to just permanent recruitment

  • Have an interest in financial services and learning this market, it helps if you become a market-expert so an interest in this is needed

  • You have the drive and motivation to achieve big things in your career as a consultant

  • You're hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism

  • You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement

  • You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - you'll help shape our culture
