Eames Group wins 'Most Effective Back Office Operation' for second year in a row
For the second year in a row, the judges have recognised Eames Group as the ‘Most Effective Back Office Operation’ at the 2023 Recruiter Awards.We're immensely proud to have been shortlisted for the eighth year in a row, and to retain the title this year is a real honour.The Recruiter Awards are widely recognised as the benchmark for excellence within the recruitment industry and profession. The prestigious honour recognises best practice and celebrates the great work and achievement across the sector.The judges were looking for a corporate services function that adds outstanding value to their organisation, clients, contractors, business partnerships and relationships, and not those who simply provide a solid professional service. They were also looking for innovation, initiative and contributions to their firms’ profitability and business success.Of our operations, marketing, finance, HR, learning & development and talent acquisition teams, the judges said: “In a category where there were several leading candidates, the judges felt that Eames Group clearly showed how the back-office function underpins the foundation of the business and aligns to group objectives. Kar Yau joins Eames Consulting as Partner and Director
Eames Consulting is excited to announce the addition of Kar Yau as Director and Partner of the technology team in the UK, focusing on permanent hires. With over ten years of experience in the recruitment industry, working with senior technology professionals across multiple sectors and supporting successful recruitment teams, he brings in-depth insight and experience to our growing technology division. Kar has built a long-standing reputation of success in delivery, growing strong relationships with clients and high-calibre candidates, as well as being instrumental in growing various teams across the globe. Kim Gray appointed as Non-Executive Director at Eames Group
I am delighted to announce the appointment of Kim Gray to the Board at Eames Group, as Non-Executive Director. We have been working closely with Kim during the past few months as she provided coaching advice specifically in relation to ECMS, our growing consulting business. Kim’s experience gained in financial services, technology and business consulting firms, together with her knowledge of setting up and chairing DE&I programs at NTT DATA and BAE Systems Detica, will be hugely beneficial to Eames Group as we look towards the future and our growth opportunities. Speaking of her NED appointment, Kim shared: “I am very excited to join the Board of Eames Group and really enjoy working with the team at ECMS as they continue to build and grow the consulting business.
