​As the leader of Talent Acquisition at Eames Group in London, I am responsible for identifying and approaching top talent across all our divisions in the UK and US. With over a decade of experience in the recruitment sector, I bring extensive knowledge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction and sourcing to offers and onboarding. I pride myself on honesty and integrity, ensuring that as the first point of contact for potential employees, I deliver the best possible candidate experience.

The business can rely on me to represent Eames Group in the best possible way to the wider market, ensuring that everyone we approach knows our values and mission. My background in agency recruitment has trained me to actively headhunt passive candidates, adhering to the principle that "the best candidates IN the market aren’t always ON the market." This approach allows me to consistently find and attract high-caliber individuals.

Being given the opportunity to lead and develop a team, I find seeing someone under my care develop extremely rewarding.

Never be the smartest or best person in the room, learn from everyone around you both their mistakes and triumphs.
