I am the executive assistant to Matthew Eames, founder and CEO and Ruth Foster, chief people officer. I also support the rest of the Board when required.
I assist with booking and managing internal meetings, travel arrangements, organising internal events such as the summer party, incentives and Christmas party. I also am responsible for office facilities management and recently supported our office move to 12 Moorgate.
I ensure a high level of organisation is upheld and precise time management of Matthew and Ruth’s diary, to allow them to achieve their business objectives day-to-day.
Having joined Eames in 2014 as office manager, I’ve been dedicated to developing myself, and have progressed my career to executive assistant.
I pride myself on leveraging my skills and strengths as well as my network to get things done. Collaboration is key in my role, as I work closely with internal stakeholders and other departments.

What is the proudest moment of your career?
Being promoted to Executive Assistant. It was recognition of a lot of hard work and the integral support I provide to Matthew, Ruth and the wider team.
