I head up the global operations function, where I have day-to-day responsibility for driving project and process initiatives, IT and ensuring compliance with legislation across the Group. My team also cover all terms of business, tender processes, general support requests from the business and contractor compliance including pre-employment screening.
The tools and technologies we use at Eames are under my remit, ensuring they are fit for business use. I am focused on driving efficiencies and effectiveness across our wider-tech stack.
I always aim to provide a high level of support to the business and drive efficiencies and process improvements. I take a solutions-based approach and am always looking to find sustainable ways of working. Professional expertise is important to me as it’s critical in my role that we’re always looking at ways to improve and continuously learn and develop. It’s also important that Team Eames feel they can trust me, and if I don’t know the answer to something immediately, I will always go away, reflect, upskill where required and come back with an appropriate solution.

What is it about recruitment that has kept you in the industry?
