​With 12+ years of experience working in marketing roles within the recruitment sector, Eames hired me in 2014 to establish their internal marketing function. In my time at Eames Group, we have grown the international team to 130, with offices in the UK (where I am based), Singapore, New York City and Philadelphia.

As Marketing Director, I lead the global marketing and communications strategy for Eames Group, our specialist recruitment business, Eames Consulting, executive search arm, Eames Partnership, and our advisory-led managed solutions business, ECMS.
