THE ROLE
Working alongside Partners and experienced Researchers, this role supports the delivery of retained executive search and strategic talent advisory projects with a global remit. Eames Partnership provides a structured onboarding programme and ongoing development to support your growth in the role.
As a Researcher, your responsibilities will include:
Research & Intelligence: Using a blend of primary and secondary research, you will gather insights on financial services leadership talent, structures and market movements. Operating across multiple markets and disciplines, this intelligence underpins our ability to advise clients effectively and deliver high-quality search execution.

You will interact directly with candidates and clients — attending briefings, progress calls and deputising for Partners when needed — ensuring both parties receive a consistently high standard of service.
Product Innovation: Our success is driven by a commitment to continuous improvement. You will contribute to the evolution of our assessment tools, insight products and strategic advisory solutions. You will also partner with marketing to enhance how we communicate our value and maintain our position in the market.
