What’s your role in the group?
I’m a board advisor actively providing support and guidance to the operational board to drive the company’s growth agenda across multiple service lines, specialisms and geographies. I have an extensive background in talent solutions, having held global leadership roles in both professional staffing and consulting organisations, and I’m here to bring my experience to Eames Group’s ongoing growth journey.
What excites you about Eames?
Having launched, grown and led a number of businesses, I understand the limitations of traditional business models in a rapidly evolving world of work. Through its group proposition of three businesses working seamlessly together to provide an end-to-end talent service, Eames Group is perfectly positioned to help businesses transform, and I’m excited to work with the board to maximise the opportunities before us.
What does being an opportunity maker mean to you?
It’s become clear that contingent recruitment alone is no longer enough for businesses to acquire the talent they need to navigate this rapidly evolving business environment. They need a holistic solution that covers all their talent needs, right up to the boardroom, and the right systems and structures in place to facilitate transformation. Being an opportunity maker is about aligning these elements to help organisations identify and maximise openings they never knew existed.
