ERM Implementation Lead

Eames is working with a leading insurance business looking for an experienced ERM professional to support a major risk transformation initiative, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role will involve strengthening the organisation's risk management approach, improving internal processes and reporting, and working with senior stakeholders to ensure effective oversight of business risks. You'll play a key part in embedding sustainable practices and supporting the business through a period of change.

The role offers hybrid working (2-3 days in office per week) - open to speaking to candidates in West Yorkshire, Kent, and those between Cardiff & Bristol.
