The successful candidate will be FIA with at least two years' post-qualification experience, ideally gained in casualty pricing and portfolio management. You will bring strong knowledge of commercial insurance and long-tail specialty risks, together with expertise in case pricing, rating-tool development, loss modelling and statistical analysis.
You should be a confident communicator and stakeholder manager who can explain complex technical matters clearly to varied audiences. The position requires strong systems and data-management capability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience using at least two relevant tools or languages, such as R, SQL, Python, ResQ, Radar, VBA, Qlik, Power Query or Databricks. An ability to apply AI to improve the quality, scope and efficiency of existing processes is also important.
