Our CSR Committee has put a global strategy into action to raise awareness and contribute positively. From bake sales to fitness challenges and everything in between, our events calendar is full of opportunities to fundraise, get together and champion the causes our team care about most.

Each year we select a different charity partner and give everyone in the business the chance to nominate the causes close to their hearts. This year the business voted to partner with the MND Association in the UK, Feeding America in New York, CareER in Hong Kong and MILK in Singapore.

Our diversity and inclusion journey started in 2017 when we signed on to be an early adopter of the Clear Assured Inclusive Recruitment Standard, powered by Clear Company.

Our internal strategy focuses on how we attract, retain, and develop diverse talent to Eames. Our external strategy aims to help us work more effectively and partner with our clients and candidates.  

We’ve made tremendous progress with our Clear Assured accreditation, achieving bronze status in January 2022.
