The UK recruitment market is not only the largest in Europe, but it is also the most fragmented. Data from Companies House indicates that there are around 28,000 recruitment agencies in the UK and this number continues to grow at a phenomenal rate. Twenty-four of the FAST 50 this year feature for the first time, so our continued inclusion is reinforcement of our ability to maintain a positive growth rate despite a less favourable economic backdrop.
