We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sarah Roebuck to Partner.
The role of Partner was conceived some years ago to initially recognise high performing fee earners and sales management who were instrumental to the culture, success and growth of the business. In recognition of the fundamental role our corporate services team play, we extended qualification to non-fee earners. Partnership is about performance, but it also recognises those that go above and beyond for the company.
Sarah joined Eames in 2014 and established the permanent marketing function, based out of London. In her time at Eames, Sarah has seen the marketing team grow to three and has supported office openings in Hong Kong and our first regional office in Reading, UK.
Sarah has also played a critical role in the development and launch of our executive search practice, Eames Partnership in 2017 and our consultancy arm, ECMS, launched late 2018.
Speaking of Sarah’s promotion, founder and CEO Matthew Eames shared:
“No one would question Sarah’s work ethic and impact to the culture in London especially.
She literally ‘bleeds’ Eames and few recruitment marketing professionals in my experience have been able to form such a strong bond with the sales floor.
She has taken marketing to another level of quality and professionalism in the last couple of years. From advertising, digital and social media, to employer brand, culture and internal comms, Sarah consistently delivers to a high quality.
Her passion and knowledge around marketing and the recruitment sector makes her an invaluable asset to the business and I am sure, an equally as passionate voice in the Partnership.”
