We are delighted to announce the promotion of Emma Davie to Operations Manager.
Emma joined Eames in May 2014 as a business support administrator and has since progressed her career through 3 promotions.
Most notably, with oversight of our internal contractor compliance team, Emma manages a seamless on-boarding process for our contractors, and successfully passed all client audits in 2019.
Emma’s role also plays a critical part in supporting the sales teams through RFI’s and tenders, reviewing and agreeing all terms of business, and currently, through IR35 legislation changes.
An asset to the Corporate Services team, this promotion is recognition of the hard work, professionalism and drive that Emma brings to her role.
