Steven joined Eames’ Contract division in October 2015 and Robin in April 2016 and have since then both achieved an impressive career trajectory, securing multiple promotions.
Robin and Steven were set challenging targets with a focus on diversifying their client portfolio in this tough market. Both were set a brief to research a particular area of their desk, show a methodical approach to delivering a client development plan, and to achieve a number of outcomes. For both of them, this has resulted in generating roles in new clients, passing roles to other parts of the business and generating fees with new relationships.
Becoming a Partner is the first gateway to regular strategy meetings, input at the ‘top table’ and participation in the company share option (equity) scheme.
