​Danielle Rainert promoted to partner & director of people and performance

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Danielle Rainert to partner and director of people and performance.

Danni joined Eames Group in June 2017 and, since then, has built her internal learning and development and talent acquisition functions to an industry-leading standard.

In line with this promotion, Danni will now become formally responsible for both talent acquisition and learning and development across the UK and our new North American office in New York.

Ruth Foster, chief people officer shares: “From a learning and development perspective, Danni has written and rolled out our comprehensive associate consultant programme as well as supporting all levels in the business with their career development. She has also launched numerous initiatives, such as Lunch & Learn sessions and a client development programme to name but a few, to constantly look at how the learning and development function can add value and support individuals and business growth.

Since January this year, our Talent Acquisition team in the UK has hired 27 people to the business; a testament to the intrinsic part they play in the growth of the business and to Danni’s leadership of the team.

Danni is #TeamEames to the core with a work ethic second to none and is constantly pushing herself and her team to think about what they can do differently and how they can increasingly support. She’s also quick to take on additional responsibility and goes far above and beyond her remit. As the epitome of personal accountability, she is thoroughly deserving of this promotion.
