The judges at the 2022 APSCo Awards for Excellence have awarded us the 'Support Services Team of the Year'.
We're immensely proud to have been shortlisted for the second year in a row and to take home the trophy this year is a real honour.
Of our win, the judges shared: “The support services function at Eames Group is a shining example of how a corporate services function should work, not just nationally but on a global scale. The judges were extremely impressed by how the team provides a truly integrated and consultative service.”
Across HR, operations, compliance, finance, marketing, L&D and talent acquisition, we have a very loyal, collaborative and specialist group of people who deliver a business partnering approach to the Group, and our brands, Eames Consulting, Eames Partnership and ECMS. Fully aligned to business objectives, the team delivers on a range of activities and support to drive productivity, sales and business continuity. The team aspire to deliver strategic support and maintain a close-knit team, bonded by the desire to achieve the best for the business.
From wellbeing and corporate responsibility programmes to our equality, diversity and inclusion agenda, the last 12 months have seen a number of strategic objectives reached. Even more pleasing to see that across our support services functions, 100% of the team said their work has meaning in a recent employee engagement survey.
