I’m delighted to announce the promotion of Rafaela Fakhre to partner.
Rafaela joined Eames Consulting in April 2019 as an associate consultant and, in under four years, has achieved four promotions and now, an appointment to Partner.

Almost more important than that, however, is how and where Rafaela impacts the business through her involvement in the Belong@Eames initiatives, the CSR events and being an all-round ambassador of the Eames values. Rafalela has pushed herself outside of her comfort zone to launch a podcast, run cook-a-longs and also took on the challenge of running a half marathon with #TeamEames and the Santa Run, all to raise money for charity.
