We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ben Johnson as Partner at Eames Partnership, where he will focus on insurance markets and InsurTech, both permanent and interim positions.
He brings a breadth of experience with 16 years of expertise within the insurance market, acting as a trusted advisor to companies going through significant change, uniquely positioned to support the market with a solutions-based approach to talent, having worked across contingent, contract, interim and most recently search.
Committed to inclusion, Ben is an AESC IDEA (Inclusion, diversity, equity, access) award winner in 2021, a member of the Senior Advisory Board for LINK, the LGBT Insurance Network, championing diversity in the UK FinTech industry by featuring on the Pride in FinTech Powerlist 2023 as well as being a regular speaker sharing his insights on talent, innovation, DE&I and LGBTQ+ topics.
