Tom Lamb appointed as a Partner at Eames Partnership

​We are delighted to welcome Tom Lamb to the Eames Partnership team.

Tom joins us as a Partner, where he will focus on leadership roles across corporates and high-growth investor-backed businesses in multiple sectors, aiming to support leadership in transformation, technology and AI, as well as post-merger integration journeys. He brings nearly 20 years' specialist expertise across multiple industries.

Tom is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, having partnered closely with clients to achieve truly inclusive environments and assist in both attraction and retention, as well as ensuring leadership teams have diversity of thought and perspective.
