The truth about earning potential |
Earning potential is uncapped, with commission schemes paying up to 40% of everything you bill. Early career talent has realistic and achievable earning potential of £50k within the first 6-12 months of employment, but this is, again, uncapped. It is important to have realistic expectations – promises of six-figure paychecks in your first year are far-fetched. You will, however, make a competitive salary and commission, and you can gain promotions early on. Focus on training and developing your skills and knowledge so that you have a good foundation to work off. |
