Before launching Eames Group, our founder Matthew was a broker in the London insurance market, and a recruitment consultant.
He was successful because he knew the value of building genuine partnerships with clients, and focusing on being highly specialised versus a generalist approach.
Matthew founded Eames Consulting in 2002 to do more of the same and to push even further.
His entrepreneurial spirit and determined, passionate character is something we look for across every member of the Eames team.
