We are delighted to announce the promotion of Sophie Daniel as senior learning and development consultant at Eames Group.
Since joining Eames Group in November 2018, Sophie has been a vital part of the learning and development team and has supported multiple consultants with their professional development.
Danielle Rainert, head of people and performance, shares, “Since joining, Sophie has continued to develop her knowledge across training and recruitment to support consultants in their development through face-to-face sessions as well as creating new training content and guides. This year, she has onboarded 18 new associate consultants and delivered over 200 hours of training since the start of this year.
Outside of specific recruitment training support, she has provided a two-part diversity and inclusion workshop with all UK employees. She has also been instrumental in Eames Group achieving our bronze status with Clear Assured.
