Sarah Roebuck promoted to Marketing Director

We're delighted to share that Sarah Roebuck has been promoted to Marketing Director at Eames Group.

​Sarah joined Eames Group in 2014 and established the permanent marketing function, supporting all four brands across our offices in the UK, USA and Asia.

In 2021, Sarah led a project to formally launch Eames Group, the parent company of our three recruitment, executive search, and consultancy brands, and subsequently, a brand refresh to visually align Eames Consulting, Eames Partnership and ECMS.

Within the last 18 months, Sarah’s team have delivered on a number of key projects, including, a content marketing programme that drives sales in ECMS, launching a c-suite targeted insurance podcast (The GRID) for Eames Partnership, and the launch of a technology-leaders focused podcast, Behind the Desk with Mark Thomas, for Eames Consulting (which just kicked off its second season!).

Most notably, Sarah is driving a strategic and collaborative Talent Acquisition marketing plan to support direct internal hiring, including the launch of the Secrets of Success podcast and video series, as well as securing a number of notable industry award nominations and wins.

Sarah was appointed Partner in October 2019, having previously been promoted to head of marketing in 2017.

Of Sarah’s promotion, Ruth Foster, Chief People Officer, shared: “Sarah has built out our marketing function into one that adds significant value to the business and supports with the achievement of core business objectives. From a team of just three, supporting 150 people, the volume of high-quality work produced by the marketing team has been unbelievably impressive.

In 2020, Sarah had a vision for our refreshed branding, which she has since brought to life in many creative ways through collateral, content, social media and, recently, website refreshes across all four brands, which have all been game-changing for the Eames brand in the last 18+ months.

Sarah is a core part of the Eames DNA. She’s always displaying Ingrained Drive and looking for ways to drive our business forwards, and she exemplifies Cultural Connectivity.
