Malika Hamid has been promoted to Head of HR at Eames Group, having joined the business just 18 months ago.
Supporting the three brands within the Group at an international level, Malika's HR function leads all employee relations and day-to-day- HR, ensuring local legislation and best practice is followed. In her time with the business, Malika has supported on the opening of a new office in New York, as well as a review of our internal policies and procedures, including the launch of a new maternity support hub on our internal intranet.
Speaking of her promotion, chief operating officer Ruth Foster shared: "Malika leads the HR function globally, which, as well as day-to-day HR, has seen her lead a number of projects which positively impact the Eames Group culture. Alongside Sarah [Roebuck], she leads the CSR & Wellbeing and Belong@Eames committees, constantly striving to improve our employee engagement. As well as all of that, she is an absolute pleasure to work with, a constant source of support to so many in the business and is everything that our values stand for. I am thrilled to be promoting her to this role."
