We are looking for a Senior Consultant to come and join our London team, specifically within our Insurance Division at Eames Consulting.
Our market-leading Insurance team is looking to build out on their current success and develop a new team which will be focussing on finance into insurance roles. The team are happy to teach the insurance/finance aspect of the role if you don’t come from this recruitment background, we’re just looking for someone motivated and ready to kickstart a new team. This is a great opportunity for you to come in and make the role what you want it to be. There are already growth plans approved and we'd be looking to grow the team out ASAP.
Who you are:
You’re an experienced 360 permanent recruitment consultant
You have an interest in learning or existing knowledge of Finance into Insurance recruitment
You have 2+ years’ experience recruiting within Finance, Insurance or Professional Services
You have an interest in managing and growing a team as part of the teams growth plans
Headhunting and market mapping experience
If you do not have direct Insurance or Finance recruitment experience we are happy to teach the market to the right candidate
You're hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism
You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement
You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - you'll help shape our culture
