We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a focus with Finance & Accounting to join our successful Banking and Asset Management. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from highly experienced Directors who boast a long tenure with Eames and are widely known within their markets

  • An experienced 360 recruitment consultant with a proven record of business development and delivery

  • Existing knowledge of working on roles within the banking & asset management remit ideally with a focus on finance & accounting.

  • This role could suit someone looking to step up into a senior role or someone established as a Senior but looking for a new challenge

  • You're hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism

  • You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement

  • Team of highly experienced recruiters with long tenure at Eames, and 10-20 years' experience in recruitment  

  • We placed with 90 different companies and a good mix of PSL/account work versus spot fees. Half our business comes from alternatives (private equity, debt funds etc) and the rest is a mix of banks, brokers, traditional funds/wealth managers, insurance, property and fintech
