For the second year in a row, the judges have recognised Eames Group as the ‘Most Effective Back Office Operation’ at the 2023 Recruiter Awards.
We're immensely proud to have been shortlisted for the eighth year in a row, and to retain the title this year is a real honour.
The Recruiter Awards are widely recognised as the benchmark for excellence within the recruitment industry and profession. The prestigious honour recognises best practice and celebrates the great work and achievement across the sector.
The judges were looking for a corporate services function that adds outstanding value to their organisation, clients, contractors, business partnerships and relationships, and not those who simply provide a solid professional service. They were also looking for innovation, initiative and contributions to their firms’ profitability and business success.
Of our operations, marketing, finance, HR, learning & development and talent acquisition teams, the judges said: “In a category where there were several leading candidates, the judges felt that Eames Group clearly showed how the back-office function underpins the foundation of the business and aligns to group objectives. The back office is clearly viewed as a true business partner and worked seamlessly to deliver efficient services, a unified brand and is valued and respected within the business.”
