For the second year in a row, the judges have recognised Eames Group as the ‘Most Effective Back Office Operation’ at the 2023 Recruiter Awards.

The Recruiter Awards are widely recognised as the benchmark for excellence within the recruitment industry and profession. The prestigious honour recognises best practice and celebrates the great work and achievement across the sector.
The judges were looking for a corporate services function that adds outstanding value to their organisation, clients, contractors, business partnerships and relationships, and not those who simply provide a solid professional service. They were also looking for innovation, initiative and contributions to their firms’ profitability and business success.
